My account is suspended, what should I do?

There are two reasons why your account is suspended.

1. Payment in PayPal was reversed or held - Just contact paypal and settle your payment to have your account re-instantiated.


2. Downloading torrent files in non-torrent server - Your account will be suspended if our system detected that you are downloading torrent files using servers that are not designated in downloading torrent. *Your account will be automatically activated back after 1 hour.

Tips

• Do not pay thru paypal while using a VPN to avoid paypal from flagging your payment as fraud.
• Make sure that you only download torrent files using our TORRENT servers.
• You should also make sure that all torrent clients are closed before connecting to our servers that are not for torrent.

*If we received a DMCA notice for your account we will automatically terminate/suspend your account without refunds.
