There are instances where PD-Proxy cannot connect because ports are blocked by your firewall or ISP. In order for PD-Proxy to work you need to instruct PD-Proxy to bind its connections to a local port. If you want to change the local port used by PD-Proxy just follow the following instructions.

- Goto Settings tab and click "Click here to show advanced settings"
- Click "Proto options" and enter the port you want. If you want a system generated port just set it to 0
