If you cannot connect to PD-Proxy using UDP protocol, you might want to check if what ports are open on your internet connection.
Follow the instructions below to start scanning for open UDP ports on your internet connection.

- Goto Settings > Advanced Settings > Port Scanner
- Press the scan button and wait till it says that the scanning is finished.
- Open the folder where PD-Proxy.exe is located and find the file "portscan_result.txt". Email the file to support [at] pdproxy.com
- We will then analyze the logs and let you know what port you can use
